Here at Woodsy we make everything to order ensuring you receive the freshest product possible and maintaining the level of care and passion that we founded Woodsy on. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner dependent on what we have recently made, and will let you know if we are currently out of stock on any of the products.
All orders are shipped via tracked NZ Post from our home base in Auckland. Please leave us a note in checkout if you require any special delivery instructions.
You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out.
